Ficifolia Crudite Bag Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Promoter: Ficifolia Fragrances, Melbourne, Australia.

1. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents only.
Entrants must be aged 18 years or older.
Employees of Ficifolia Fragrances and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

2. Promotion Period

The competition opens on 08 September 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 22 September 2025.
Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

3. How to Enter

To receive one (1) entry, entrants must:
- Follow @ficifoliafragrances on Instagram, and
- Tag a friend in the comments of the official competition post. Each unique tag counts as one entry.
To gain additional entries, entrants may purchase eligible products during the Promotion Period:
- Bistro Boy 2ml vial = 5 entries
- Flight Deck containing Bistro Boy = 10 entries
- Bistro Boy 30ml = 20 entries
- Bistro Boy 100ml = 30 entries
Entrants who qualify for bonus entries will be notified by email.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Staud Crudite Bag valued at AUD $530.
Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random using a digital random generator.
The draw will take place on 23 September 2025.
The winner will be announced via Ficifolia’s Instagram Stories and contacted directly via Instagram DM and/or email.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.

6. General

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Ficifolia Fragrances reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify entrants who do not comply.
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Staud.
Ficifolia Fragrances will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of accepting or using the prize, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Commitment can be hard. We've made it easy.

Every 100ml fragrance comes with a complimentary 2ml sample to test before committing to your new fragrance. Test the sample vial before opening the perfume box.

If you decide the fragrance is not right for you, send us an email and return your purchase within 7 days for a full refund. Return shipping costs will be at the customers expense.

Please ensure you do not remove or tamper with the sealed perfume box. Any box that is deemed, at our discretion, to be opened or tampered with, will not be eligible for a refund.

Please Note: This policy does not apply to the Petite Parfum Pack or City Collection Trios. If you'd like to try before you buy, we suggest purchasing the Melbourne Flight Deck first. The cost of the Flight Deck can be redeemed on a 100ml bottle of your choice.
