Sale items are excluded from our Risk-Free Returns policy and will not be supplied with a complimentary 2ml sample vial. Change of mind returns will not be accepted on sale purchases. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Risk-Free Returns

Commitment can be hard. We've made it easy.

Every 100ml fragrance comes with a complimentary 2ml sample to test before committing to your new fragrance. Test the sample vial before opening the perfume box.

If you decide the fragrance is not right for you, send us an email and return your purchase within 7 days for a full refund. Return shipping costs will be at the customers expense.

Please ensure you do not remove or tamper with the sealed perfume box. Any box that is deemed, at our discretion, to be opened or tampered with, will not be eligible for a refund.

Please Note: This policy does not apply to the Petite Parfum Pack or City Collection Trios. If you'd like to try before you buy, we suggest purchasing the Melbourne Flight Deck first. The cost of the Flight Deck can be redeemed on a 100ml bottle of your choice.
