Orders over $100 are eligible for free shipping within Australia. At this time, we do not ship overseas.
We strongly advise you make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once a package has been delivered to the correct location, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Claims on lost deliveries will not be accepted after 4 weeks from the date of purchase, consideration will only be made to customers who have made contact within this 31 days.

You will be sent an email confirmation of your order which will act as an invoice and proof of purchase. Once the shipping process has been initiated we will send you the tracking number for your parcel.
